Human Factors Refreshment
This is an internet based refresh/continuous training course for Human Factors in aircraft maintenance.
The course content complies with EASA Part 145.A.30(e) and its AMC and GM.
It is a mandatory requirement to carry out refresh/continuous training every 2 years.
After concluding the training, you can download directly to your computer (pdf format) your Certificate of Recognition and print a copy of it if necessary.
There are no prerequisites for taking this course.

The Human Factors Course aims are:
• To improve the level of awareness as concerns Human Factors;
• To enhance the understanding of Human Performance issues related to aircraft maintenance activities.
According to AMC2 145.A.30 (e), this course is designed to Maintenance Organization Personnel (personnel involved in any maintenance, development of maintenance programmes, airworthiness reviews, management and/or quality audits).
Without final assessment, no examination will be held.
Continuous assessment: during the training some learning control questions will be applied, seeking that students better understand course material.
