Human Factors - Initial Training


This is an internet based initial training course for Human Factors in aircraft maintenance. 

The course content complies with EASA Part 145.A.30(e) and its AMC and GM.

It is a mandatory requirement to carry out refresh/continuous training every 2 years.

After concluding the training, you can download directly to your computer (pdf format) your Certificate of Recognition and print a copy of it if necessary.

There are no prerequisites for taking this course.

The Human Factors Course aims are: 

• To provide trainees with knowledge and skills in order to make them aware of the importance of the study of human capacities and limitations in their workplace;

 To raise trainee’s awareness for the importance of their performance, of the system as a whole and the influence of Human Factors in optimizing interpersonal relationships and the systems where they operate, in order to improve the safety, efficiency and well-being of the Organization where they work.


According to AMC2 145.A.30 (e), this course is designed to Maintenance Organization Personnel (personnel involved in any maintenance, development of maintenance programmes, airworthiness reviews, management and/or quality audits).
